The real magic is in the transformation. To see the before and after of this project is incredible! The existing 10,000 Sq.Ft. building was vacant for many years and was literally falling apart from years of neglect. The project included exterior modifications, new roof, new windows, and an entirely re-imagined interior. Skylights throughout the public areas and enlarged North facing windows provide natural light without the suns glare and need for artificial light for the majority of the working hours. Embracing the building for what is and providing a nod to its past, the interior has some modern yet industrial components; exposed structure, the use of anodized aluminum and the use of pops of color to create an exciting working environment. Furniture procurement and signage design were also part of the scope of this exciting project.
